On a Personal Note:
I enjoy spending time with my husband, college age son, and teen daughter. I love running, trail running and hiking. I participate in races throughout the year, from 5Ks to ultra marathon distances. During 2020 and the COVID lockdown, I trained for and completed the local JFK 50 Mile race. It was certainly an accomplishment. Interestingly, our dog, Loki, is as much a running and trail enthusiast as I am!
